Tour 2024

Arrangements for the Tour in 2024 are starting to be planned now.

Martin has very kindly offered to be the poor soul who will chase around to get all the payments made, Carlo will run the site and provide all the info, and they'll be a few more roles to help Rod get this off the ground.
